"I don't usually leave reviews, but my stay today really impressed me, these are all genuine experiences. Before I even arrived, a staff member called to ask about my preferences. Since I was on a business trip, I didn't have many special requests, but the staff enthusiastically invited me to add them on WeChat. Before check-in, they sent me a lot of useful information, both about the surrounding area and the city. It's clear that this hotel is very thoughtful and well-managed, they've really put in the effort. It was superb. When I checked in, the gate attendant, whether security or concierge, enthusiastically helped me with my luggage – so much so that I felt a bit embarrassed. After a quick check-in at the front desk, a dedicated person, likely a concierge, escorted me to my room. Every now and then, the butler would check in to see if I was satisfied with the room. The welcome amenities, chocolate and fruit, were abundant, and there were complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini-fridge. This added quite a few pleasant surprises to my stay. The breakfast is currently semi-buffet, but you can still feel the localized meal arrangements; though small in quantity, it's very refined. I'm looking forward to a full buffet next time! Overall, the service was genuinely excellent, and I have high hopes for the future."

"This was my first time staying at a river view hotel, and while it wasn't huge, the service was absolutely excellent. Both the front desk staff and the guy who picked me up were great. The room was very comfortable and clean, with absolutely nothing to complain about. Since I don't have a local phone, the hotel staff helped me call a taxi and even loaded my luggage into the car, which I really appreciated! The complimentary day trip offered by the hotel was also quite good. I don't live in China permanently and find independent travel a bit challenging, so my experience here was truly fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing."

"The hotel is right by the famous Kuixing Tower. We booked a family room, which was very spacious, and the single bed even had a curtain. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. Turn right when you exit the ground floor, and you'll reach Hongyadong in five minutes. Go up to the 22nd floor, and there's a pedestrian staircase down to the metro entrance and bus stop from the platform. Extremely convenient! It's also very close to Dajing Alley, where you can find local hotpot and 'chuanchuanxiang' (skewered food) that tastes great!"

"The location is excellent, with a subway station (Line 1) right downstairs. Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, and Kuixinglou are all nearby. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom has a dry and wet separation. The river view from the window is unbeatable. The front desk lady was patient and thorough. Overall, it was great."
